Participants  will explore the historical evolution of personality theories, engage with both classic and contemporary viewpoints, and learn to apply these theories in personal and work contexts. The course emphasizes a holistic understanding of personality, integrating perspectives from various psychological traditions, including Western and Indian approaches.
