Our Success Stories

Leadership Program for culture change

For a large global client, designed an intensive leadership program that focused on leadership for change in organizational culture. The training was delivered at all facilities around the globe, Multi-module, multi facilitator program involved modules around situational leadership MBTI, inter-team dependencies and several other modules. Level 3 evaluations proved effectiveness, and was later implemented in other global verticals.

Stress Management Training

In a series of workshops, delivered stress management training at various locations of a large IT company. Stress management techniques were taught to the employees.

Change Management Training

For a business vertical of a large global company that was undergoing change, designed and delivered change management training for the leaders and employees of the vertical. Leaders got a road map to implement the change while Appreciative Inquiry approaches were used to motivate employees towards the change.

Managing Challenging Performance

Training was designed for managers to manage poor performance to motivate employees. It involved training in coaching, listening and feedback sharing.

Employee Engagement Training

For a business unit that had low employee engagement scores, “Employee Centric Leadership” training was designed for leaders. Different modules that focused on specific skills.
