Operating on the philosophy of ancient Upanishad, "Sahaviryam Karvavahai, Tejaswina Vadheetamastu" which translates to “May we do deeds of valor together, may our learning be bright together”, we seek to collaborate, build partnerships, bring learning for all and help create a better world for all of us.
SwastiVishwa brings together holistically the vision, experience and passion of the founder & CEO, Dr. Swati Karve, a practicing psychologist, educator, consultant, facilitator, researcher, and volunteer, who gave up her consulting jobs in the USA to start this endeavor to contribute to the development and transformation of individuals, organizations and communities in India.
Together with like minded individuals, we got together to form Swasti Institute for Learning and Development a private venture, which achieved results in a short time. However, to further push our vision of service to our communities, and riding on the experience of the erstwhile Swasti Institute, SwastiVishwa came into being with more like-minded people coming together to start the non-profit. The erstwhile directors of Swasti Institute meanwhile remain our mentors.
We have pledged this to be a non-profit and we want to do our bit by offering tested, credible and tailored solutions to individuals, organizations and communities.
Other than our team members, mentors and advisors, we have more than 30 empaneled professionals from across India, who serve as our consultants, faculty, facilitators and psychologists.
