SUMMARY
This 16-hour virtual instructor led workshop is designed for training and aspiring training professionals. It focuses on creating impactful, participant-centric training programs aligned with business goals. Participants will work hands-on with their own training project and learn essential topics like ADDIE, Bloom’s taxonomy, adult learning principles, training evaluation and assessment, etc. The course includes expert-led sessions, peer learning, and opportunities for future facilitation roles.

Course Methodology
- Delivery of the course is in an online format with virtual instructor-led sessions
- Recordings of all sessions are available throughout the course
- Participants will bring into the course their own training topic. In every module they will apply the concepts and frameworks taught in that module to their topic.
- Activities such as role plays, group discussions, quizzes etc. are also used in the course to drive learning
- Use of a learning management system to access course materials, videos, tools, templates for a seamless learning experience
