This 18-hour online course on CBT for Personality Disorders is designed to help mental health professionals develop a structured and practical approach to understanding and working with clients experiencing personality-related difficulties. Through an engaging combination of conceptual learning, case studies, role plays, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to apply evidence-based CBT techniques across a range of personality disorders.

COURSE SCHEDULE- Classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST.
