SUMMARY

This 32 hours course is designed to equip HR professionals and managers with a deep understanding of psychological principles and their applications in real-world HR functions. This is an application-oriented course where managers will explore how theories and principles in psychology can be applied to organizational processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, employee development, job satisfaction, motivation, and performance improvement.

Spanning over 2 months, the course covers key psychological concepts such as cognition, personality, motivation, group dynamics, leadership, organizational culture, and more—tailored specifically to HR needs.

  • Delivery of the course is in an online format with  virtual instructor-led sessions
  • An accompanying journal to capture learning and action plans
  • The course utilizes the case-study method where participants will work on real world case studies or case scenarios.
  • Other activities such as role plays, group discussions, videos, quizzes etc. are also used in the course to drive learning
  • Includes Pre-Work or Assignments for a more complete experience
  • Recordings of all sessions are available throughout the course
  • Use of a learning management system to access course materials, videos, tools, templates and assessments for a seamless learning experience
