Instructional Design Course-
Hello, my name is Noel Farias. I am an HR professional with over 15 years experience working into HR business partner, Comp n Ben, L&D and talent mgmt. I had attended the Instructional design program from swasti institutes a few years back. The course proved to be fundamental in shaping my understanding of instructional design (ID) process. The course was well designed and delivered by expert faculty, and all my doubts and queries were well addressed. I felt confident in using the techniques learned and started implementing learnings as soon as I was out of class!

ODCM Course-
I attended and completed ODCM course that was conducted by SwastiVishwa institute in collaboration with NHRD Pune from May to October 2022. I would like to share that I have thoroughly enjoyed attending the course. Throughout the course I have been amazed with the amount of information, theories and concepts that are shared, as practically to impart so much knowledge and have the participants engaged is a challenging task. However, all the faculties made it easy and ensured the participants are engaged involved and understand well. I have been able to apply some of the concepts immediately in my responsibility as L & D head. The methodology used, i.e. content sharing in advance on the LMS to study before any Touch point session or a concept session. Then follow up with Q & A, discussions and assignments, Case studies just helped a lot to stay tuned and aligned with the course. The sessions had been scheduled in advance with not much change which made it easy to attend while you are working.…It amounts to your personal development and give a different perspective of how you conduct yourself professionally

Swasti Institute (now SwastiVishwa Institute) is one of the best destination to learn HR related topics. I have participated in 5 HR related modules and found all of them gold standard. It certainly impacts participants and brings tectonic shift in the approach towards the topic. All faculties are highly experienced and passionate about sharing relevant theoretical background as well as world class practices being used in the industry. Best part is to learn how to develop content for the training, prepare strategy to present in front of the participants and ultimately different levels of evaluation to measure effectiveness of the training program. ODCM Course
The ODCM course in my career gave a concrete form and shape to my understanding of the theory and practice of the body of work. The course is designed as a learning journey for about 4-5 months which gives you the adequate time to take it in slowly yet steadily. Kudos to Dr. Swati who has orchestrated the course journey with different learning modalities that keeps the learners engaged and glued to the learning process. The facilitators who come along the course work are practitioners of OD which shows up in their delivery of topics. This is one course which is offered at a very very nominal cost which will give you great returns if you invest the necessary attention and time in to it.
