| Darshana has worked in many different settings with individual, couple and families who have variety of issues related to relationship problems, family conflict, parent and child challenge, adjustment to phases of life, depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, grief, client with childhood and past traumatic experiences that can interfere with developing meaningful relationship, managing professional and personal demands. Her experience as a clinician has led her to focus on working with and helping her client with eclectic therapy approach. Being psychotherapist she believes in caring and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship that can help clients gain deeper understanding of themselves, develop more self- compassion, process painful experience and develop meaningful and mutual relationship.

She is also a member of the Bhartiya Association of Counseling Psychologists. She values people's unique experiences, identities, and cultural context, tailoring her approach to best support their needs, goals, and strengths. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT, ACT, REBT), Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (for individuals, couples, and families), SFBT, Trauma Therapy and mindfulness-based meditation to help your mind heal in harmony with your body, allowing you to experience every impulse, emotion, and thought freely. Her goal is to create a space where the client is not judged, but unconditionally supported as she navigates their concerns and fears together.
