Launching SwastiVishwa Academy
Keeping up with the times when technology drives every aspect of our lives we are launching “SwastiVishwa Academy”, an online learning platform for self-paced learning! Students can now be empowered to learn what they want at their own pace! We have started with modules on research, career guidance and stress management to start with. Progress through the material at your own tempo, allowing you to acquire fresh skills and delve deeper into knowledge at your own convenience. Gain access to exclusive handouts, tools, and templates for future reference, along with a certificate of course completion. Career Readiness at MIT College of Engineering Pune
We recently conducted an impactful series of Career Readiness Workshops, specially curated for First Year M-Tech students in MIT College of Civil Engineering. Led by the dynamic duo of Prachi Kelkar-Bhide and Kalyani Adhye, these workshops covered the essential skills in resume writing, email etiquette, verbal and non-verbal communication and assertiveness
Completion of the 7th Round of Cognitive Behavior Therapy Training
We have now crossed the 200th mark, having trained mental health professionals in our flagship “Training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy” in association with Beck Institute, USA! We are now launching the 8th round! This training comprises of 32 hours of rich training divided into three phases which begins with Basics of CBT followed by CBT for Anxiety, Depression, and Suicide Prevention, and concludes with CBT competencies and practice.
Comprehensive Certificate in Learning and Development
We completed the first round of "Comprehensive Certificate in Learning and Development" in collaboration with NHRDN Pune! A 60-hour journey delving into L&D, where every aspect of the L&D lifecycle, roles, and competencies was explored. Special extra modules on design thinking, creative thinking, project management, and the psychology of learning made the course even more enriching. The program had a judicious mix of industry practitioners and academics as their faculty.
Training in Atlas Copco India
We conducted a training program in Competency Modeling and Psychometric Assessments for Atlas Copco India as a part of their HR Strategy Meet. The session covered the conceptual understanding of these topics and the intricacies of the processes along with experiential activities. Tools and templates for post program implementation were shared with the group. It was attended by 35 HR professionals along with the CHRO, and we got a great feedback from the participants. We are looking forward to more such events with them!
